Production Overloads – Call Unilathe

Following a recent move to its new offices and manufacturing complex, located on its own 7 acre business park at Ford Green, Stoke on Trent, in the heart of England, Unilathe through its modern and extensively equipped specialist micro-management, sub-contract machining, metal cladding, sub-assembly, fabrications and finishing facilities, is now ideally positioned to absorb, quickly and efficiently, customers ‘Short Term – Production Overload Schedules’.

From time to time, customers often face surges in demand, which in turn, create short term capacity overloads within their own manufacturing capabilities.   Here Unilathe’s short to medium term ‘On Demand’ production facilities, are all geared up to meet such instant additional capacity requests, thereby ensuring that customers increased production schedules at met in full, on time and to budget.

This is a unique service that Unilathe has recently structured and built-up as a new market offering, one very few companies offer, which through their new and considerably enlarged production facilities and space, long developed expertise and market knowledge in such industries as rail, mining, off-highway plant & equipment, oil & gas, aerospace, pumps and valves, is today able to offer and respond quickly to, immediate increases in production capacity, particularly in sub-contract machining.

Couple this with its extensive fabricating, sub-assembly and finishing services, including those of testing and certification, such short term customer overloads can also be multi-processed, so as to reduce any unnecessary inter-supplier transportation costs, as well as valuable time, money and product risk, in terms of their parts tracking and scheduling through otherwise, multiple supply routes.
